Forged in our Idaho shop, the Custom Trailhead XL is a masterfully crafted blade built for both extreme conditions and generations of use. This knife features our in-house san-mai high carbon Damascus steel, hand-forged from 1080 and 15N20 to achieve superior edge retention, toughness, and striking visual appeal.

The handle is made from an exceptional piece of ironwood burl, paired with nickel silver bolsters that are precision-cut at a 45-degree angle for enhanced durability and craftsmanship. Hand-contoured to provide unmatched comfort and a truly custom feel, the handle is designed for extended use in any environment.

Accompanying this fine blade is a hand-tooled leather sheath, crafted from 8oz English bridle saddle skirting leather sourced from Wickett & Craig USA. The sheath is wet-formed by our skilled leatherworkers to ensure a secure and snug fit.
