The Royal 7:
There are few things better then a knife that has herloom style quality and aesthetics but is built for the back country hunting trip. The stunning piece of rosewood burl that was used for the handle is a perfect compliment to the nickel silver bolster. The black G10 liner adds a subtle accent to the overall handle. The handle has been glued together with commercial grade epoxy and fastened using brass mosaic pins.
The open magma twist damascus steel is a beautiful pattern of damascus that allows the high polish etch to shine. The blade has been given a high polish to bring out the contrast of the open layers of steel. The high-carbon damascus which is made up of 1080 and 15N20 is forged here in our factory in Idaho. No two pieces of damascus are ever the same, making each knife a unique treasure.
The leather sheath is made from 8 oz, saddle skirting that has been dyed a rich brown. The leather we used comes from one of the oldest tanneries in the USA, Wickett & Craig. The sheath has a hand-tooled stamp pattern along the edge of the sheath. The sheath has been hand wet-formed to provide a nice tight fit for this one of a kind knife. Each knife is hand forged, ground and made by our team of skilled artisans.

*Just like all things, proper care should be given to the knife blade. We recommend cleaning with warm water and completely drying after use. We recommend applying WD40 or some type of gun oil to the blade immediately after drying to help deter spotting/rusting. Always clean and oil your knife before extended storage. Never store your knife in the leather sheath for extended time periods. The high-carbon nature of this damascus steel is prone to rusting and discoloration if not properly cared for.
*Logo and other markings will be placed on the blade after purchase is made.
