Their experience in creating diverse knives for specific tasks makes them uniquely qualified to create each piece of cutlery with the individual features needed for the culinary world. We have created two signature lines. Each featuring stainless steel damascus that are 100% American made. One line features a  black G10 fiberglass composite handle, the other, an exquisite curly koa wood handle and with a mokume bolster. Each knife is hand crafted, each piece an art work in and of itself. They are available as individual knives or in sets. We are featuring the random, ladder and typhoon patterns for our signature sets.
